5. Leave the next box related to the music label empty.
6.In the next box, enter the date 2022, September 28.

Shervin Hajipour wrote the song Baraye addressing Iranians untold stories and their background to support their protest against the regime. He inspired so many people with this song, he was later arrested by the government.
