– Due to the lack of group D projects and more than 16000 square meters (level 1 engineer qualification) in the city of Mashhad, companies are forced to apply for much smaller projects between 2000 and 5000 square meters and this field is given to real persons who can compete. With the capacity created in companies, supervisors do not have rights, it is tight.
But the point to consider in the criticisms of respected colleagues on the existing procedure of job referral is the literature of these criticisms, which makes it unfair.
If Sajam does not have transparency and creates ambiguity, it is a category that should be followed up and criticized, but criticizing it as if the companies of legal observers have a rent that is unfair to real persons is not acceptable, I assure you, friends, in the previous period The board of directors discussed accepting the legal form of companies and reaching the current procedure, but it was not implemented due to many obstacles by some members of the board of directors. Please do not accuse companies of violating the rights of natural persons.
Another point is that it is so difficult to establish and maintain the company of legal observers that out of more than 200 companies in 1996, 31 companies are now left, and those who are sitting outside the pit and imagine what the conditions of the companies are, again, desire and courage.
