Let’s learn governance

Mohammad Fazli

Today I heard (from a reliable person) that the Canadian Prime Minister’s office made a phone call to the family of one of the victims and asked about their condition, expressed their condolences, offered to live in Canada and asked if you don’t want to travel to Canada and lost your dear home and life. view

Two or three hours later, I accidentally looked at the TV and saw a black band as a sign of mourning. Today, there was no news of the officials’ consolation meeting with the families of the victims.

If we have not eaten wheat bread, we have seen the hands of people. We have seen that the world’s televisions interrupt their normal programs for one tenth of the plane crash, call the families of the victims and try to become a reference for the society.

My questions are:

Why is there a black bar on the corner of the TV?

Why doesn’t a helicopter shower flowers on the crash site in an official ceremony, with the presence of a military band, with the presence of senior officials, in tribute to the victims of the accident?

Why don’t the official authorities participate in the candle lighting ceremony for the victims?

Why is there no dialogue with the faces accepted by the people, with those who give a little comfort to the people?

Why doesn’t the city council or any institution that has the authority to build a monument, a flight safety research center or research about anything else, at the place of the plane crash, which happens to be an undeveloped area of Tehran province?

Why doesn’t anyone suggest to the Canadians, to the same universities where Iranian elites studied, to build a peace research center in the memory of the victims of the accident, together with the Ukrainians, at the site of the accident?

Really, why in the land of mourning and in a culture that has a rich tradition of tragedy from Rostam and Sohrab to this day, are so many decision-making minds closed and unfamiliar with the “discourse of life”? Who is responsible for bringing these people back from death to life?

Why don’t you put a hundred more ideas on the table to celebrate life? For sympathy to be together?

Why are you surprised that so many of these people live in the Canadian dream? They see their prime minister embracing the families of the victims, and sooner or later they hear about their condolences and philanthropy.

Death, incident, bitterness, mistake and mourning are always and everywhere; What is not everywhere is the subtleties and tact of governance.
