What are the symptoms of Kawasaki syndrome?
The symptoms of this disease occur in several stages:

First step:
– High fever that usually lasts more than 5 days
– Severe redness of the eyes (conjunctivitis) without secretions
– Appearance of red pimples (rash) on the body and in the genital area
– Redness, dryness and cracking of the lips and swelling and redness of the tongue (strawberry tongue)
– Swelling and redness of the skin of the palms and soles
– Swelling of the lymph nodes in the neck and other parts of the body
– Temperament

Second step:
– Layering of a part of the skin of the hands and feet, especially the areas of the tips of the fingers and toes, which separates in the form of large plates
– Joint pain
– Diarrhea
– Vomiting
– Abdominal pain

The third step:
In this stage of the disease, the symptoms slowly go away from the person, unless the complications progress.

What is the cause of Kawasaki disease?
No specific cause has been found for this disease yet. Medical scientists believe that this disease is not contagious and is not transmitted from one person to another.
