First, we left at 11:45 and waited until 11:45, then our names were read and we all went to the conference room, filled out the personal information form, education, work history, insurance history, etc. Then we gave a written psychological test. When it was over, we went to the IT workshop and had two tests.
A practical test of Word and Excel.
A quarter of an hour was given, there were three questions, the first question:

Word 2: Dostun writing in Word and typing poetry.
Excel: a table of data that had to be formatted, the data below 12 were red (using Conditional Formatting) and the weighted grade point average of the courses was calculated (in which both relative and absolute addressing should be used).
Then take a written test, separate from hardware and software.
In the test, there were questions about Network+ and some CCNA and subnetting commands in English and hardware such as main computer parts, RAID, hard drives, etc.
After that, we were given a deadline for prayer and… and we went to the waiting line for the interview. I gave a psychological interview first.
Personal questions from the same written test we gave. For example:
– Say all the words that start with “R” and come to your mind.
Suppose an angry person came to you, what would you do?
– Do you get angry?
– How do you want to live here?
– What is your plan for the next five years?
– Tehran is better, why do you want to come to Ahvaz? and…
Then we waited for the general interview.
It can be said that there were 9 people in front of me and I was one. From the head of the department to the representative of the organization’s headquarters and almost all the administrative assistants, IT, security, etc., there were two people from IT itself.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of teamwork and individual work?

– What do you know about the organization?
– Then the security officer asked you to define “analysis”.
He didn’t ask me any questions after the office.
He went to the hardware, it seems that he wants to know the extent of the information and he was satisfied with the answers to the written questions, he started with the hard questions.
– An article you recently read on the Internet about IT.
– What did you do? How was the cartoon network?
– Name some brands of radio (wireless antenna).
What is Honeypot?
Did you work with the database?
What simulation software did you work with?
Did you create a domain or did you join my computer? China’s DHCP and DNS? When do we use DHCP?

That was it, then we said goodbye and came out.
I don’t know if the other friends have the same feeling or not, but there was a special atmosphere, you could feel a mental pressure in the main interview… it was a heavy atmosphere… However, I understood the score of my main competitor indirectly. Trust in God.
