4: Friends who have renewed their license in Sepamac or have just paid the membership fee, can register for the loan of Qarz al-Hasna Ya Resalat on March 1st.
Also, other friends who could not register a few days ago, another four thousand people can apply on the 1st of March, and other friends will also be able to register in the next rounds in the new year, God willing.
