All twelfth grade students and volunteers to repair and create academic records participating in the national entrance exam, after logging in to My Medio system and selecting the Sahat option, follow the steps below.

After confirming the identity details, in order to confirm the academic records, the grades of the students will be displayed according to the trial groups of the national entrance exam.

Experimental group of experimental sciences
Experimental group of humanities
experimental group of art
Foreign language experimental group
After seeing his scores in each of the five test groups of the entrance exam, the student should confirm each of them.
For example:
The twelfth grade humanities student will face the experimental group of mathematical sciences and experimental sciences to verify his records (grades) after confirming his identity in the My Medio system. The student’s grades will be displayed according to the experimental group of mathematics and then experimental sciences. Discrepancies will be reported.
Note 1: Students who participated in the restoration and creation of academic records, in addition to the written grades of their diploma, will see the grades of their restoration courses in the form of restoration 1 and restoration 2 in two separate columns.
‼Note 2: Students whose field of study is not the same as their entrance test group, must confirm their educational records in the desired test group.
At the end, after the final confirmation, the tracking code will be displayed as below and this code will confirm the information of the company.
Seven-digit number – national code – SAHAT
If there is a discrepancy in any of the identity information and educational records, select the option to declare the discrepancy by clicking on the pen symbol to edit the information.
After confirming and resolving possible discrepancies, students should confirm the new edited information by referring back to MyMedio system.
