It is respectfully recalled that after the wave of resignations, immigration and union protests of the nursing community and with the right and compassionate advice of the security institutions and after years of union follow-up, the Islamic Council approved a resolution called the extraordinary special treatment staff with the budget of ten efforts. In the continuation of this resolution, with the opinion of the Honorable Expediency Council, it became a restoration law without inclusion in the rulings.
In this regard and with the direct intervention of the Ministry of Health, this resolution was extended from the medical staff to the health staff, but according to the notification of the special regulation on 4/23/1403 by the Honorable Minister of Health, it seems that the efforts of the Ministry of Health for special extension or The restoration of the health staff was mostly aimed at securing the interests of the respected faculty of this ministry; This is despite the fact that the members of the academic faculty of the Ministry of Health have their own extraordinary special allocation, and in principle, another extraordinary allocation with a special title is against the administrative employment regulations of these employees; Also, determining the coefficients, while the whole resolution was initially for maintaining the treatment staff, has been done in such a way that the difficulty of the work of the clinical staff is not taken into account, and these staff have received very low coefficients, which not only due to the volume of immigration, resignation And leaving them will not reduce their work, but will lead to the continuation of the current disastrous process.
Therefore, you are requested to follow up on the issue and amend the above regulations based on justice and existing facts as soon as possible.
