• You know that every faculty member with thirty years of experience receives a salary of at least thirty to forty million tomans.
With this amount, the salaries of three young assistant professors can be paid and the efficiency of university groups can be increased.
• The new articles 96 and 97 of the employment regulations allow people not to retire even after thirty years of service, even until the age of seventy-six.
• We ask the Ministry of Science to cancel these articles so that the associate professors and professors who have given their fruits and everyone knows that they no longer have the previous vigor and efficiency retire and the possibility of employing worthy university graduates and solving their unemployment problem is provided.
It is obvious that prominent and effective professors can be guests of universities even after their retirement, for scientific projects and required courses, as this possibility is also used now.
• In Iran, we have 180 public universities and a larger number of non-governmental and non-profit universities, and in each group of these universities, there are professors who have served for more than 30 years and are still working, contrary to the international custom. Only with the retirement of these faculty members from public universities, the financial possibility of recruiting more than 500 faculty members will be provided. You know that now, in every round of faculty recruitment, universities have about ten vacancies for each field, and thousands of applicants, the most elite of whom are not invited for an interview at any university for years, and the story is detailed.
With the said arrangement, the financial burden of the Ministry of Science will be reduced, some of the expert forces will be employed, and the increasing migration of elites will be reduced, and its scientific benefits will reach the universities and students and the scientific growth of the country.
• We hope that with the acceptance and implementation of this plan, we will witness the growth and prosperity of the scientific and academic community and benefit from the work force and ideas of graduates and young elites.
