According to the procedure of the recent years, the Organization of Construction Engineering System of Qom province is considering, based on paragraph 5-3-6 and 3-3-14 of the second topic of the national building regulations, and in order to support members with design and supervision qualifications who do not have a full-time job based on The legal definition contained in the same topic, gather the specifications of the eligible members and take action to increase their capacity based on the schedule and planning, within the framework of the approval of the four-member board of the province; Therefore, it is necessary for respected members, if they have the legal conditions, to complete the specification and commitment form and send electronic correspondence to the organization from June 22 to July 5.
A) Full-time jobs: members who are employed in the public, private, institutions and public institutions and are covered by insurance (social security, medical services) from the employer.
b) Unemployed members: members who are not employed in the public sector, private sector, public institutions and institutions and are self-employed or uninsured in terms of insurance coverage (social security, medical services).
c) The increase in capacity proposed by the board of directors to the four-member board of the province was calculated in such a way that, while encouraging uninsured members to be covered, a part of the cost related to the use of the national memorandum of the Central Council of the Construction Engineering System Organization with the Social Security Organization is provided, to For this purpose and using the report of the average income of members in different levels in 1400, the suggested percentage for each level has been estimated and considered, which will be notified and applied after approval by the four-member board of the province.
d) According to the verification of applications after registration, the capacity increase factor will be applied after the approval of the four-member board of the province and in the second quarter of this year.
e) Considering that all the requests registered by the organization will be verified, if any false requests are found, they will be dealt with according to the rules. In addition, investigation and dealing with providing untrue information was also done last year and is being processed.
