I received a message from the monitoring unit that I am a project supervisor. After going to Cartable and seeing the details of the owner, I contacted him.
The said property is built and the owners live in the floors. After consulting with the owner, they said that they don’t even allow the building to be inspected. By studying the owner’s file, it was found that since 2016, the owner has chosen many builders and many supervisors, and later they have all withdrawn. In the owner’s file, it is written that the work has been completed, and despite this, why does the organization refer such works. I could get the job and an amount would be deposited into my account, and I would not approve it, but can a property that has been constructed without supervising engineers be approved for a few hundred million and closed my eyes?
I withdrew due to non-compliance with these common letters in Iran and my engineering conscience.
An interesting point to note: according to a pre-determined and incorrect form, if the engineer withdraws, he will be deprived of referring the plan for two months, which is very unfair.
This property and similar properties that have a case, and each of which has the possibility of an accident, should be determined according to the records of the engineering system of the municipality and their duty, not now the engineer who honestly and for the correct implementation of the law refuses to accept its supervision. A repetitive and clichéd form will be fined for several months due to the implementation of construction laws and regulations, and will not have a plan reference for two months, and will suffer other consequences of the reference.
