Bluecard of the European Union:

In May 2009, the European Union approved the Blue Card Directive, and in December 2011, the directive came into force. The EU Blue Card program is designed to create a more attractive place for professionals. All EU member states can issue the Blue Card except Denmark and Ireland.

Blue card features are as follows:
Equal working conditions and rights, the possibility of traveling to all EU member states, the right to be a member of a series of socio-economic rights (such as unemployment), favorable conditions for family life, freedom of association, the possibility of obtaining permanent residence in European countries.

Blue card conditions:
Blue Card applicants must provide a university degree and a work contract with an annual income of at least 30,000 euros. Blue Card holders automatically receive two years of residence and work permit in one of the EU countries and will have the possibility to extend their stay or immigrate to other EU countries. To apply for a blue card, you must meet three key conditions.
Non-EU citizenship
Educated or experienced professional
Employment contract or job offer
Your information has a dual use in the Blue Card network. Employers can consult with their employees so that they can offer you an employment contract. And in the second step, you are able to send your application. Every applicant can go to another European country only after working for 18 months with a Blue Card in a European country, but he must in the first month after entering The second country should apply for a new Blue Card.
Annual salary depends on your profession. You must earn a minimum salary to be eligible for a Blue Card. For jobs where special benefits are requested, the salary is lower and therefore easier to get a Blue Card. To obtain an EU Blue Card as an eligible worker or employee, you must first choose a company that needs foreign workers in its workplace and that will benefit from the skills you provide.
