Large group of midwifery guild in Iran
We announce that the stated goals of forming this group;
It is as follows:
First goal:
Membership of all midwives in the country and invitation to the group including the private sector, government, professors, employees and students: including associates, experts, seniors and PhDs in order to create empathy and companionship for midwives and pursue trade union rights and midwives’ awareness of the conditions of their profession in Iran and world
The second goal:
Recognition of trade union activists in provinces and subsidiary cities for trade union cooperation network in virtual space and national coordination
The third goal:
Finding volunteers in provinces and cities to provide free training to students and graduates who need help and skills, with the help of employees and colleagues as assistants in midwifery counseling centers, work offices and
Fourth goal:
Preventing division and blackmailing atmosphere against natural childbirth and midwifery by using the potential of the virtual network
The fifth goal:
Strengthening skills and interdisciplinary interactions in midwifery and better communication while maintaining the honor and dignity of the midwifery profession.
Sixth goal:
Establishing connections with senior opinion leaders in provinces and universities to provide solutions for professional development
Seventh goal:
Avoid any kind of individualism and personalization of union issues! Remember, if we are a representative of the field in any place and province, we must speak up as a representative of the oppressed midwifery class, and we are never allowed to have a dictating and controlling behavior! And let us know that midwifery belongs to everyone!
The eighth goal:
We must be responsible, be active! And the public and trade unions should be diligent in defending the right of midwifery as much as possible
Ninth goal:
Destructive, black-faced, toxic people who have problems with everyone and constantly help and create sedition will not find a way anywhere in the midwifery guild. Our duty is to protect the mental health of the members of the guild against these toxic people.
Tenth goal:
We will finally reach a group that will follow up our trade union rights in the parliament
Eleventh goal:
Creating a certain and real professional image of the field and better than today in the society
