7⃣ The reception in the assembly is done right before the voting of the most important issues, in such a way that the gray people usually leave the place after the reception.
8⃣ Voting on the budget and financial balance, although it is very important, it is boring for the assembly to read the figures and numbers, usually the engineering of the assembly tries to read the budget report completely, while by providing the budget documents a few days in advance, goodwill It is fixed.
9⃣ Ambiguity in the agenda of the assembly makes it easy to include any desired text in the minutes.
