Land surveyors are required to work in a wide range of situations, from construction sites to remote areas. You should adjust your mapping safety program accordingly.
If you are working on a construction site, there are currently regulations that you must follow in order to access the site. These include: wearing a hard hat, wearing appropriate shoes and clothes, and general awareness of the surrounding environment and people around. Construction sites are very dangerous and care must be taken at all times.
If you are working on a site in the suburbs, you need to adjust your surveyor’s safety plan accordingly to the potential hazards ahead. Despite the lack of heavy machinery in the workshop, there are still things to be aware of for the surveyor’s safety. Translation: Bijan Amin Farshchian @Madeh_33
