The latest instructions of the Tax Affairs Organization (20/3/1399) regarding the forgiveness of tax crimes during the year 1399

Are you aware that if you pay the balance of the debt (for which the definitive letter was issued on 1/4/1399) within a maximum period of one month after the date of notification of the final letter (for any function), tax offenses can be forgiven; 100% will be forgiven.

And of course, let’s also know that the mentioned period for some businesses affected by Corona, the list of which has been officially announced by the Tax Administration, has been considered for two months.

List of jobs:
1. Prepared food production and distribution centers, including restaurants, buffets, catering halls, coffee houses, deli shops.
2 . Tourism-related centers include: hotels, hotel apartments, tourist and tourism complexes, guesthouses, guest houses, inns, ecotourism centers, accommodation centers, catering, entertainment, services on the way, museums and pilgrimage centers.
3. Public transportation of passengers outside the city, including by air, road, rail, and on foot
4. Travel, tourism and pilgrimage service offices
5. Sports and entertainment centers, clubs and complexes
6. Cultural, educational, artistic and media centers and complexes
7. Centers for the production, distribution and sale of handicrafts
8. Driving schools, hairdressers and beauty salons

and added according to the circular 10723 dated 25/3/1399 of the deputy of tax revenues

A) Centers for the production and supply of ornamental flowers
b) Ornamental fish production and supply centers
c) Breeding units for broiler chickens
d) broiler breeding units
f) handicrafts and nomadic ecotourism centers
