Statement number one (part one)
Election headquarters of Dr. Mohammad Rauf Qadri
Not voting = voting for the status quo
In the name of the martyrs who defend health and safety, Payam Rahmani and Qadir Sahrai
The management team of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and its affiliated hospitals, especially the medical staff, including doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and health and treatment staff, were and are the goldsmiths of service to our loved ones, and it may not be an exaggeration to say that in those circumstances due to the outbreak of the dreaded disease Corona, our families were unwilling and unable to take care of them regardless of the love of their causal and relative relationships and to preserve their health and other loved ones, but these lives were at the mercy of the health field despite the severe lack of manpower, medicine, medical equipment and medical supplies. problems, pending claims and They were present on the scene with all their strength and they performed unparalleled services and sacrifices in terms of quantity and quality and came out of this test proud in front of God and people.
In this regard, as a servant of the people and this class of servants, I am obliged to follow up on their demands, and above all, the staff of Oramanat servants as follows:
The most important demands that can be followed as a legislator, which causes their proposal and approval, must be provided:
1- In order to compensate part of the demands due to doctors and para-physicians due to the maximum participation of parliamentarians in order to realize the establishment of a special special special for the employees of the Ministry of Health with a factor of at least 3, which has not been realized and implemented despite the efforts made so far.
2- Increasing the difficulty coefficient of the working environment of healthcare personnel due to the deficiencies in the laws
And the duties in calculating the mandatory and non-mandatory hours of these employees based on services
A country that contradicts the nature of their job difficulties and the need to reduce these hours is inevitable according to the existing laws.
3- Allocation of special credit to pay the arrears of doctors and medical staff, which, unfortunately, has been delayed for thirteen months in Kermanshah province and especially in Oramanat.
4- Revision of the rules and regulations of self-governance of hospitals at the level of healthcare and medical education services, which, unfortunately, due to the lack of allocation of sufficient funds to update the outstanding debts of hospitals before the implementation of the self-governance law, led to an enormous negative financial balance. Hospitals and many problems caused by that dissatisfaction in paying the demands of pharmaceutical companies and contractors (outsourcing) as well as contractual and corporate employees have become their contracting parties.
5- Pursuing the increase of recruitment capacities of Oramanat focusing on specialized medical groups and groups of nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, nursing assistants, and service forces in order to improve the level of providing services to patients and improve the recruitment conditions of employees included in the plan, extending the plan and assigning priority points for recruitment they
6- Trying to obtain a license for Oramanat Faculty of Medical Sciences according to the statistics and demographic indicators of 4 cities, considering the presence of professors and graduate students from Oramanat, and in this regard, providing the possibility to study candidates of these fields in the medical area. and nursing and paramedical groups and related disciplines in the Sarari entrance exam in order to provide the possibility of studying for native students of Oramanat in these faculties (including public universities, independent universities).
