Relationship status with the professors: I found this university at the suggestion of a friend, and the deadline was late. He did not interview me at all and it was very strange that he trusted me so quickly. Two or three weeks after the deadline, I had an interview with the committee. which was completely specialized and only asked about my proposal and work method. I thought I messed it up, but that night, the group manager emailed me saying, Mohammad, your score is very good, and I congratulate you in advance. Please decide quickly whether you will come or not? 10-12 days later, the answer came and I was accepted!

Relationship status with professors: I emailed this professor while he was in Denmark, I had messaged him the first time in New Zealand, and also on LinkedIn and Research Gate! But he did not answer. I participated in one of his lectures through LinkedIn and I asked him a lesson question, and he answered, and at the end of his answer he said, “Mohammed, I know you, check my LinkedIn today.” The next week, he posted a position and I applied. We had two very friendly and cool interviews and I frankly told him that this position was more attractive to me when you were in Denmark. I realized the issue myself!

Any other points worth mentioning:
To get the right fund, both realistic selection and patience are two very important factors. For the fields of art and architecture, you should really spend time to get funds. So use your time and opportunity properly and don’t waste your time in places where you have no luck for any reason. According to my experiences, I realized that for a doctorate, communication with the professor and getting to know him is very important. When they get to know you, they will help you, guide you, talk and suggest you, and even have a better view of acceptance.
Finally, don’t be quick to believe everything anyone says and act accordingly. What you hear everywhere, first do some research about it and ask others, then make a decision based on it.

Good luck to everyone
