The development of rail transportation with Turkey is the government’s priority
During his trip to West Azerbaijan, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development called the development of rail transport with Turkey one of the government’s priorities.
Mohammad Eslami, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, who has visited West Azarbaijan Province to visit and inaugurate construction projects in the field of road and urban development, opened the passenger hall of the terminal by being present at the “Sero” border terminal.
During his visit to this border terminal, he called the development of rail transport with Turkey one of the government’s priorities, and pointing out that trade exchanges between Iran and Turkey have increased significantly compared to previous years, which is a new and important achievement, he said: the issue of development Rail transport with Turkey has been negotiated at the level of the presidents of the two countries and is under review; Rail connection with Türkiye is also one of the work priorities that we follow.
