Many times we all complain about the lack of intelligence and culture in the organization, but it is better to put ourselves under the microscope first. Experts who cannot provide timely and correct solutions for the success of the project, those who cannot properly control the defects of a project, cause the lack of trust of senior managers in this industry and reduce the usual suffering of wages.
You cannot become a project planning and control expert by reading a book or a course, or even by knowing the relevant software. Software generally does less than 20% of what we need to do in a project. Experts in this profession must learn to see well and listen well. They must be good analysts. Knowing the software alone will put the profession on the downslope as it has been until now.
