The world after Trump
No business system can function without a clear method of arbitrating disputes.
The Trump administration has left the WTO by refusing to approve any new judges to its dispute settlement mechanism.
In effect, the World Trade Organization was deactivated by Trump, the World Trade Organization has been the model for governing the world since 1996
Who are the winners of economic globalization?
Globalization had four winners:
1- Countries that pay lower wages compared to other countries
2- Countries that pay less taxes compared to other countries
3- Countries that have weaker social security compared to other countries
The higher the cost of social security, the higher the cost of production. Better social security means paying more insurance by the producer and making production more expensive
4- Countries whose national currency value has decreased more compared to 1994
In 1995, two yuan to one dollar was reduced to eight yuan to one dollar, and the national currency of China became so worthless that it increased China’s export power astronomically.
First conclusion: America has problems with all four factors and China is compatible with all four factors, as a result, China is the winner of economic globalization and America is the loser of economic globalization.
The second conclusion: China’s exports have increased 9 times compared to before the globalization of the economy, and America’s exports have increased only 2 times
The difference between Biden and Trump: Biden has no solution to solve the above four problems
Basically, there are no obvious differences between the two Republican and Democratic parties in these four areas
America’s problem is China, in the second step, the problem of the western camp is countries that do not have a problem with these four components, such as India, Vietnam and Iran.
Countries that have problems with these four factors are expensive to govern, and the western camp is also expensive to govern
Europe minus England is also expensive to run and its problems are no less than America
So far, I have given speeches in 2000 Iranian companies and factories about what will happen if Iran becomes a member of the World Trade Organization.
Amazingly, at the point of preparation of this article, the level of wages, the level of insurance payments, the level of tax payments and the value of the national currency of Iran are in line with the winning countries of economic globalization.
We stand on the winning side of history
I am not surprised by Iran’s economy’s adaptation to the four components to win, but I am sorry
Why are you sorry? Iran’s compliance with the above four components has put unprecedented pressure on Iran’s second and third class purchasing power
If we had less compliance, but the pressure on the second and third floor was less, it would be more optimal
Rouhani’s government does not proclaim globalization, it only implements the principles of globalization like crazy
We have a problem with the Rouhani government regarding the speed of globalization of the economy, our problem with cyberspace is that they have not understood the problem at all, that is, they criticize Iran’s economy without understanding the globalization of the economy and the extent to which Iran’s economy is affected by it.
