2) Implementation of the “Law for Prohibition of Conflict of Interest” and another failure for “monopoly of good cases, for the holders of important and good positions”! And finally help the unemployed and single job members.
In addition, the conflict of interests considered by me was not only about the control of the map by the official designers who signed the “same map”; Although it is very obvious and impossible; I mean the designers who “actually and really design” the works, but the “responsibility of signing and confirming” is not with them! Can’t they, in an “invisible and undetectable” form, be a formal reviewer of their own plans in honor table?! They can and this is a big violation and the same as “conflict of interest”!

We have deliberately considered numbers so that compensation for the damage will not be handed over to the license and no one will want to work with “principled desire and motivation”!?
But finally, what is certain and inevitable is the most important issue of “moral and personal health” of people, which is no longer a software system and its infrastructure from now and for the next generations.
