How to prepare hummus
First step:
Soak the chickpeas the night before and change the water several times until the next day. The size of the chickpeas will increase after soaking, so use a bigger container and pour enough water.
Second step:
Put the chickpeas in a pot with a few glasses of water, baking soda and garlic cloves and let them cook and soften on a low heat. Baking soda makes it easier to remove the chickpea skin after cooking. After the chickpeas are cooked well, remove the transparent skin.
The third step:
Pour peeled cooked peas and softened garlic, olive oil and lemon juice into a mixer or food processor and beat until smooth. Add the flour along with two tablespoons of water, salt and pepper and mix again. If the hummus is thicker than you like, add a little more water.
