H2 blocker drugs:

> 16 years OTC
No long-term use
The longer the effect, the later the onset of effect
Not recommending OTC with a similar drug
Famotidine:
The dose is 10 mg and a maximum of 20 mg per day for up to 6 days
Ranitidine:
The dose is 75 mg and max 300 mg per day for up to two weeks

PPIs:

Do not use with H2Blocker
Full effect 1 day later
Omeprazole: 10 mg per day Max 20 mg
Pantoprazole: 20 mg and max 20 mg
Rabeprazole: 10mg and max 10mg
