Do you know what the national geographic identifier of real estate is and what it is used for?
In most cases, it is difficult to determine the location of the property we want to buy and to match it with the ownership document, especially this was the case where the ownership documents did not have a recognizable booklet for non-experts and people familiar with registration matters. The property has been placed. One of the indicators that is included in the single-page ownership documents is the number written at the end of the first page called the national geographic identifier of the property.
In single-page ownership documents, under all registration documents, the title “National Geographic Identification of Real Estate (JAM)” is written, in this section we will explain what this number is and what it is used for. It may be said that the naming of this number is wrong and this number is the same UTM coordinates, which are the geographic coordinates of every point on the planet. To use this number and determine the property’s location on the map, we proceed as follows:
Go to www.geoplaner.com.
Enter the first six numbers of the Cup ID in the upper rectangle and in the X or E field.
Enter the next seven numbers in the rectangle below it in the Y or N section.
Write the next two numbers in the third box in the small square below utm.
Note that the letter n is selected in the square in front of the text utm, which represents the northern hemisphere.
Now by clicking OK, see that your property will be displayed on the map and you will find out which property the document is related to.
The point shown on the map is the center of your property.
If your property is fenced, it is easy to see if the location of the property matches the document or not.
As an example, the coordinates of Milad Tower Cup in Tehran is 53392239556953900000000, which is divided in this way.
The first six numbers 533922 are the E or eastern coordinates.
The next seven numbers are 3955695 N or North coordinates.
The next two numbers represent the Tehran zone, which is equal to 39n. Join us: @Madeh_33
