I visited about 7 universities.
You have to send an email to the admission office, some of them will refer you to your department, which the department sometimes comes to.
At least I didn’t see anyone say anything about it.
You don’t have money and…
I myself related the matter to the embargo and that it is not possible to make payments through legal methods.
When the program opens, you should start applying. I think this is the first step. You should also follow up by emailing the professors.
If you don’t answer, be sure to send a reminder. We don’t have anything to say, ask them for a solution.
In addition to the app fee, there is another fee that you should consider, I personally did not pay attention to it and I suffered a lot.
Some universities emphasize on the official TOEFL and GRA reports, which in Haryanid are up to 4 free if you enter the university code on the day of the exam.
Otherwise, it must be reported and you have a fee of about 20 dollars for each one. (If I’m not mistaken, TOEFL is $20, GRA is $25).
That’s why I told you to check the conditions carefully. If it says that this is an official report, ask the admissions office if I can send you a PDF or not.
You should close these 2 issues before the deadline with each university
1- View App Fi
2- The official report of the exams
