Seven managers

Seven directors!
@new_theory
Perhaps for those who are dealing with the science of management and its various branches, collecting seven trays of the most key words of management and business is not without grace. In the following, these seven keywords will be explained:

1- Sin 1, human capital –
Undoubtedly, the most important element of any organization is its human capital. All the teachings of management science find meaning in the context of human capital. It is impossible to imagine an organization that achieves long-term success without comprehensive planning regarding human resources and related processes.

2- The second stage, information systems –
Today’s business needs real-time information about the current state of the organization, customers, environment and competitors. In fact, integrated information systems build the infrastructure of today’s businesses. Strategic and operational planning would be impossible without access to this information.

3- Synsoom, organizational structure, organization and planning –
Designing the organizational structure and planning and organizing to achieve major goals are among the classic tasks of management. Of course, this classicity never means that these tasks are less important.

4- Sin IV, politics and political behavior –
Multicultural and multinational environments in a country with different ethnic groups require understanding of political behavior and adherence to its rules by each and every member of the organization. From the top of the organizational pyramid to its lowest level, the higher the level of understanding of political behavior among employees, the easier the movement of the organization towards win-win behaviors. In any case, the emergence of political behavior in the organization is inevitable, so its management is also necessary.

5- The fifth sense, measurement, measurement and evaluation – anything that cannot be measured cannot be managed (Jack Welch, CEO of General Electric). So measuring and evaluating the performance of the organization and employees is a prerequisite for many management processes in today’s businesses.

6- Sixth grade, management systems and standards – quality management standards, safety and health, environment, organizational excellence models, organizational maturity models, etc. All of them express new rules in the field of organization management from different perspectives. Today, especially if you are looking to expand your business internationally, compliance with many of these standards has become mandatory and will have a direct impact on the quality and pricing of your final product or service.

7- Seventh Sin, market share –
Finally, all efforts should be directed towards maintaining the existing market share and then increasing it. In fact, all the previous sin should be in the service of the seventh sin.

Obviously, there are other things that can be included in this list, but in the author’s opinion, these are the most important words and concepts of today’s management and business that should be given special attention. If we want to look at the matter from the perspective of dynamic system, perhaps many leverage points in organizations are hidden in these cases, which require special consideration and precision to examine these points.

In the hope that in the new year, with a new approach and taking advantage of past experiences, the organizations of our country will be able to reach all the predetermined goals and create a dynamic and learning environment for all employees.
