C- The original and copy of the ownership document in the name of a different person and the original and copy of the normal lease in the name of the applicant, for the workplace and at the address of the office (declaration address) with the signature of the two witnesses below.
12- Providing the original and a copy of a valid production certificate from one of the production factories is required for production units.
13- Submitting the new economic code (original and copy) or submitting the pre-registration confirmation on the website of the Tax Affairs Organization and the commitment to submit the new economic code after issuance
A few points:
Full-time employees of government agencies cannot receive business cards.
Each person cannot have more than one business card, either legal or real.
Only one business card is issued for each property unit.
The addresses entered in the registration statement, account statement and ownership document or lease must be commercial and match each other.
It is mandatory for the card applicant to be present in all stages of card acceptance and delivery.
