The value of engineering everywhere in the world, businessmen, brokers, celebrities and football players are better off than engineers, but at least their engineers are not afraid of making a living like us.

Engineering value

All over the world, businessmen, brokers, celebrities and football players are better off than engineers, but at least their engineers are not afraid of making a living like us.
Apart from management and wrong policies, we engineers also share our problems, to understand this, just visit different engineering groups and you will encounter the following:
1- commercial advertising!!!
2- Controversies
3- Free training!!!
4- Boast shop
Things that are missing in most engineering groups:
1- Solidarity
2- Respect for the class
3- Collective utilitarianism
4- Correct understanding of life
Maybe the brains of engineers are too logical and mathematical!
Maybe we have forgotten why we are alive and for what years we have learned science!
A person who learns carpentry, welding or plumbing earns money from what he has learned for years, but a fresh engineer looks for training after graduation; It is not that he was not trained properly in the university, but he does not have enough self-confidence and to exploit him, they told him that he should be educated for years after his studies, that a bachelor’s degree is not enough, he should study for a master’s degree, what better way to get a doctorate and so on until the end Omar is depreciated in the way of knowledge and does not really have the opportunity to use what he has learned.
Our learnings become valuable when we can use them at least 10 times the duration of training, a cook is trained for 2 years and uses what he has learned for the rest of his life, which is almost 15 times the productivity of the training period, but what about an engineer?
Not including the first 12 years of education, he studies for 4 years for the bachelor’s degree and 6 years for the master’s degree, and if he wants to work only 10 times the length of the bachelor’s degree, he has to work for 40 years!
This proves that engineering is a late-yielding job and as a result, it should have more income than other jobs to compensate for this slow return, which is not the case, because not only profit seekers do not want it to be like this, but we ourselves do not have a correct understanding of the value of our job. And we have not been able to prove it.
To understand the value of engineering, you must know that:
1- Engineer’s performance is not determined based on working hours
2- The strength of an engineer is not based on his memory, but depends on his intelligence and creativity
3- An engineer’s income should be equal to his, not that an apartment buying and selling consultant has 10 times his income!
4- The power of engineers is in their union (remember the union of truck drivers)
5- Regardless of the field and university where they study, all engineers must respect each other
6- Know their position, surely an engineer is more valuable than a celebrity (who knows nothing but reading or acting) or a football player, so he should not be willing to accept a low salary.
I have seen many times that workers quit at lunch time, but engineers continue to work with hungry stomachs!
Real estate consultants close their business at noon and rest, but engineers are constantly working!
Many businesses set time to provide services, from nail planting and make-up to medical treatments, but Aman from engineering and its work hours, Aman from engineering and its accessibility, Aman from engineering and its responsibility.

last line
Value yourself, your discipline, your body, your brain and your life, you have spent a lot of time in education, take care of the rest of your life and don’t sell engineering services cheaply.
