1- Improper implementation of the geometrical position of the wall, foundations or excavation with wrong placement.

4- Going back and forth between the electronic office and the overhead costs caused by such modifications.
5- Waste of time and additional overhead costs for the manufacturer.
Finally, there are many other problems that will harm the reputation of architects and structural designers.
The treatment of the incident should be done before it occurs. Therefore, preparing a map of the existing situation by an engineer, designer, surveyor is the first legal step that solves all the problems described above.
Basically, many municipalities of different regions of Tehran have come to the conclusion that in the first stage, before the design is carried out by the architect, a surveying engineer with a valid employment license should prepare a map of the current state of the property.
