One word! The adoption of the Haram Law is a black spot in the legislative record of the Parliament in the 11th term

An archeology PhD

Every breath comes from this garden
It arrives fresher than fresher

An archeology doctor in a note that follows section 2 paragraph (p) of article 83 of the seventh plan bill, which actually assigns the determination of the privacy of historical monuments to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and under it the Supreme Council of Architecture and Urban Development, and only mentions the Ministry of Cultural Heritage as a collaborator. , left it in the possession of Mira Sabashi. In this note it is stated:

It has been reported in the news that the parliament has approved a law based on which all matters related to determining and verifying the prohibitions of historical and cultural monuments, including buildings and archaeological sites, have been assigned to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Industries. Dasti, as the first-class custodian and responsible for preserving, organizing and managing these works, has no right to interfere or comment.

At a time when everything is becoming more specialized and gross trial and error should be avoided, on what basis are these dangerous and unprecedented laws approved in the House of the Nation?

The approval of this law is a perversion and disregard for a part of the governing body whose philosophy of creation and establishment is to preserve, protect, manage and organize these historical and cultural heritages that have reached today’s generation after millennia and centuries and should be used as a cultural support. and social act to strengthen the national solidarity of Iranians.

How can it be accepted that a specialized matter with specific complexities of study and research is separated from a specialized ministry and handed over to another ministry that has no background in such matters at all and does not know at all what an ancient and historical site is and what are its coordinates and characteristics?

The basic ambiguity in this paragraph is what caused this to happen and who are behind the curtain of this law and what benefits and achievements will follow from this transfer of duties?

The first and most likely motive for putting the Ministry of Cultural Heritage out of business in this matter is to remove it from the list of government institutions that should be consulted in the discussion of land and areas.

It seems that by removing the cultural heritage in this process, many archaeological sites and sites of the country will be easily destroyed, and even more catastrophically, the vast plains and unique landscapes and natural and cultural ecosystems will also be the main victims of this law.

We hope that the Honorable Guardian Council of the Constitution, using the expert opinions of specialists and expert experts, will not bring it to final approval and approval and will not cause the destruction of the country’s cultural heritage.

In a word, the approval of this law is a black spot in the legislative record of the parliament in the 11th period and it is undoubtedly not correct from the point of view of Sharia and custom, nor from any other channel.

I wish we realized that one day we will join history and the future will judge our actions and functions, as today this judgment is current towards the past.
