Export oriented entrepreneurship

Export oriented entrepreneurship

We examined the importance of export-oriented entrepreneurship to some extent and said: companies that have a greater desire to expand export activities and entrepreneurial exports show a higher level of entrepreneurial orientation. That is, the internal and external factors of the organization are very effective on the level of export entrepreneurship of the organization, and naturally, the higher the level of export entrepreneurship in the organization, the better the export performance will be.

Now what is this entrepreneurship trend?

Entrepreneurial orientation includes processes, operations and decision-making activities that lead to entering a new position for investment and activity. In short, entrepreneurial orientation is a series of processes that help answer the question of how the company performs entrepreneurial activities. Of course, it should be noted that the entrepreneurial tendency is examined at the individual and organizational level.
In relation to the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation, in the past it was known with a three-dimensional structure that included innovation, pioneering and risk-taking. However, in recent years, the two dimensions of aggressive competition and independence have been considered as dimensions of entrepreneurship.

Innovation
Innovation refers to the extent to which a company involves itself in supporting new ideas and new experiences that may lead to the creation of new products and services or new work technology.
a pioneer
It indicates the extent to which a company anticipates future needs and opportunities and introduces new products before competitors or strategically removes them.
risk taking
It indicates the extent to which a company involves a lot of resources where there is a possibility of financial failure.
Regarding the two new dimensions, aggressive competition and independence, aggressive competition expresses the degree to which a company directly and enthusiastically competes with its competitors and challenges them to achieve a beneficial position in the market and perform new activities. Independence also expresses the independent and self-oriented actions that are carried out by the members of the organization (including managers and employees).

Therefore, organizations should pay attention not only to present new products to the market faster than competitors, but also to seek to identify the explicit needs of customers faster than competitors. Naturally, the higher the level of entrepreneurial orientation in the organization, the greater its power and ability to deeply understand the needs of the market.
Flegivora and Rodrigues believe that the higher the level of entrepreneurial orientation in the organization, the more the organization pays attention to the market and conducts strategic planning according to market needs and competitors’ movements. On the other hand, organizations with a high entrepreneurial tendency tend to acquire and learn more information from the environment because they are risk-takers and innovators. In fact, these organizations have a high commitment to learning, which helps them improve their business and performance (today, the business world pays special attention to learning and sustainability).
