General separation criteria

– It is forbidden to separate the pieces in an east-west manner; Except in some places, according to the opinion of the municipality, where most of the existing plaques have an east-west orientation and the north-south separation will cause a disturbance in the order of the fabric.
– It is mandatory to observe the contiguity and the same length as the existing and separated adjacent property pieces in the separation of property pieces. It is forbidden to create property plots whose building has a view of the free space of the adjacent property plot and creates a shadow.
– It is not allowed to disassemble the disassembled parts again.
– Separation of a piece of property into several pieces should be done according to the direction of the land according to the climatic conditions of Tabriz city, and the length of the pieces of property should be north-south or northwest-southeast.
