A case that made the judge cry
A man submitted a complaint to the judge of the Dispute Resolution Council and said: “I bought a shabby and dilapidated house a few kilometers from the outskirts of one of the towns of Mashhad, but because I did not have a good financial situation, I rented the room that was in the corner of the yard. Not long after I rented the house, I felt that my young children were suffering from depression. When I came home from work, they would ask me for “kebab” and since I couldn’t afford “meat”, I used to ask them every time with an excuse until I realized that every few days The room that I have rented out smells like barbecue, and this has caused my children to ask me for barbecue.
The plaintiff of this case continued: “I was fed up no matter how much I tried to prepare kebabs for my children, but the smell of my tenant’s kebabs was bothering me, that’s why I am asking the court to vacate the rental premises for more than Do not let this family of mine suffer.
The experienced judge of the Dispute Resolution Council, who has been involved in judging for many years, had tears in his eyes when he narrated this incident. He said: After announcing the landlord’s complaint, I summoned his tenant and read the landlord’s complaint to him.
The tenant who was disgusted by hearing these sentences said: Mr. Qazi! I completely understand the landlord’s feelings and I know what he has suffered during this time, but I did not think that his children would have such a demand from their father.
He continued: “Some time ago, when we passed by a kebab shop with my family, my children asked me to buy kebabs, but since I didn’t have money to buy them, I promised them that I would make kebabs for them.”
This promise made them throw themselves happily into my arms every day when I come home from work, hoping that I will make kebabs for them. But I couldn’t afford to buy meat until one day an idea came to my mind. One day, while I was standing next to a chicken shop, a man bought some chickens and asked the seller to chop the chickens and remove their skin.
That’s why I went to the same chicken shop and told him that if anyone doesn’t want the skins of his chickens, give them to me. The next day, I got some fatty chicken skin from the same chicken shop and skewered them. My children ate them with indescribable pleasure and I enjoyed watching this scene. To make my children happy, I decided to give them some of these kebabs every few days, but I didn’t know that this might annoy my landlord.
The judge of the Dispute Resolution Council continued while squeezing his throat: When the tenant uttered these words, the owner of the house started to shed tears until suddenly he stood up and hugged his tenant and said : Say no more! I’m sorry, I passed my complaint!
This is not a story, it is a fact.
And but, , , , , , , , ,
Dear God, hello
I don’t know how to speak Arabic
I want to talk to you in my own language
I don’t want anything for myself
But you swear to yourself to help those who are trapped
Many fathers do not have money for dinner
Many mothers do not even have clothes
Many are heartbroken
Many innocent people are imprisoned
Many are waiting at the hospital for their loved ones to regain consciousness
Many are looking for the healing of their patients
Many secretly cry, only you know how
I want to say help them
I am not the one to ask you, by the way, my sins are many.
I don’t want anything, you will take a hand in their lives
I love you, God
