In the context of the monitoring group and the process it went through in these years, several analyzes can be presented.
This group was originally a group of Dr. Shakri’s supporters. After Dr. Shakri was elected as the board of directors with a high vote, the experienced people in Dr. Shakri’s staff took over the management of the group. After a few months, some of these people gradually became less active due to busy work and maintaining relationships with other members of the board of directors and their leaders, and a number of energetic and young but inexperienced people who have a revolutionary spirit in the field of engineering and idealism. They were taking over the management of the group. Unfortunately, these friends, despite their pure intentions, because they lacked experience and didn’t know much about the previously known members, they got too extreme in their oppositions and even in some cases they became the toy of currents in the engineering system. Strong opposition to anyone who had the slightest criticism of Dr. Shakri (I was one of his main fans and supporters and I always will be, and I admire the self-esteem, integrity and knowledge of this great man) and beating those who had the slightest admiration of his opponents in Some people were doing things, and it became the main procedure by these friends. The result of the excesses of these good-intentioned friends who had just reached the age and lacked experience (they were almost in the third grade or lacked licenses) was a distance between Dr. Shakri and the experienced people around him, who gave him rational advice, and the anger of these experienced people became. This, in my opinion, caused most of the board of directors to come against Dr. Shakri and his suggestions in the last year, and they thought that all these works and extremisms were planned by him, when this was not the case.
In the period related to the new board of directors, some of the same admins left or were removed with threats and intimidation, and some new admins were added to them, and their work policy also became more different than before. Gradually, that spirit of revolutionism and idealistic reformism in all cases gradually eroded, even though there was no news of that extremism anymore, and practically that initial discourse was completely forgotten.

With all these cases, the monitoring group and the discussion related to it was and is a turning point in the engineering system of Ardabil because of its impact, and may God bless it, it will be more stable than before, and this is mainly due to the efforts of its admin friends, from the beginning until today. .
