There was a ticket system until a few years ago, and they don’t respond to it at all on any of their sites, even when you visit in person, you sometimes see inappropriate and disrespectful interactions. I protested to the public relations of the system twice, but practically nothing has changed. If you search Tehran’s engineering system on Google Maps, you will see how many engineers complain about lack of response and disorganization in the comments section. They just increased the membership fee by 700%, but their service not only did not improve but also worsened.
