According to the chairman of the Energy, Materials and Environment Commission of the Central Council, based on the plan prepared last year in cooperation with the country’s fuel consumption optimization company and this council, sixty five million square meters of high-rise buildings that the new edition of topic 19 fully comply with the national building regulations, they receive incentive permits.
This project will be implemented in the area of bulking and after obtaining a commitment and concluding a contract between the owner or the competent builder based on full compliance with the provisions contained in the new edition of Section 19 of the National Building Regulations, and the supervisory teams of the Construction Engineering System Organization will ensure the proper implementation of these plans. have supervision And finally, based on the report and approval of the inspectors of the construction engineering system, the determined subsidy is granted to the owners in the form of the plans of Article 12 of the law on removing obstacles to production.
Engineer Taheri Asal added that in this project, about 70% of the overhead cost imposed on the building owner due to the implementation of the provisions of Article 19 will be paid in the form of subsidy.
It was also decided that the mentioned buildings will be evaluated from different aspects, especially in terms of energy consumption, and will be categorized in different degrees, and the result will be included in the technical and real estate certificate of the building. Based on this tripartite decision, the quality mark is supposed to be awarded to the existing buildings that were built in the past years.
In this meeting, Eng.Navirian, Director General of Engineering Development Office of the Ministry of Road and Urban Development, and the managers and experts of his office, Eng. Hashemi, the director of the building department of the Fuel Consumption Optimization Organization and experts, and Eng. Taheri Asl, the technical director and head of the Energy Commission of the Central Council, were present in this meeting.
It should be mentioned that the use of double-glazed and triple-glazed windows, the use of facilities with energy label, the use of renewable energy in the building and the insulation of the building shell are among the most important issues related to compliance with the 19th National Building Regulations in such buildings.
