Learn more about premium business features

In the beta version of Telegram for Mac, there are icons for business functions that may appear in the Telegram Premium subscription in the future.

There is currently no detailed description of these capabilities, but the editors of tginfo assume that each of the listed options is assigned the following task:

• Welcome: the ability to create a welcome message that is sent to customers when they start a conversation with a business account.

• Offline: the possibility of preparing a message that will be sent to customers when you are away.

• Working hours: The possibility of setting the working hours of your organization in Messenger so that customers know when they can access the business account for business purposes.

• Location: An option to specify the location of your organization that will be displayed on your business account profile.

• Quick answer: the possibility of using ready-made answer templates for common questions, applying text formatting and also attaching images and videos

• Bot: Most likely, you can connect third-party chat bots to your account, which can process incoming messages and respond to them automatically./tginfo
