Remarkable people introduced in the first stage of the 9th comprehensive joint exam

Ministry of Economic Affairs and Property to review the documents

 informs those introduced people who have been introduced on the website of the country’s education assessment organization for document review:

The aforementioned candidates are required to present and review their documents from Sunday 6/20/1401 to Monday 6/28/1401 at the latest by bringing the following documents with them.
(Those accepted in the provinces are related to the “General Administration of Economic Affairs and Finance” and those accepted in Tehran are “Ministry Headquarters”) to the Center for Administrative Modernization and Human Capital Development of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, address: Imam Khomeini Square, at the end of Sur Esrafil Street, Tehran. Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, second floor, room 2225) and receive a receipt after delivering them.

1- 6 pieces of 4×3 photos taken in the current year.

2- The original academic certificate or temporary academic certificate sealed with the university seal and its image.

3- The original birth certificate and a picture of all its pages.

4- The original national card and the image on the back and on it.

5- The original of the end of service card or legal permanent exemption and its image for men.

6- Original documents and letter of introduction from the country’s welfare organization for the disabled.

7- The original identity card of martyrdom or introduction letter from Martyr Foundation and Veteran Affairs for martyrs 25%.

8- Original certificate and introduction letter from the competent authority for those subject to 5% quota.

Competent authorities to approve the period of voluntary presence at the front for soldiers with a history of at least 6 months of voluntary presence at the front and their spouses and children are:

· The human resources support of each of the categories of the armed forces regarding their respective fighters

Human Resources Deputy of Basij Organization of the Underprivileged of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps regarding Basij members and popular forces, including government employees, owners of “free trades and occupations” and unemployed people

· Deputy of Development and Human Resources of the Ministry of Jihad, Agriculture regarding Jihadists

9- Providing the necessary documents and documents from the relevant authorities, in order to amend the maximum age limit for those candidates who work unofficially and full-time in ministries, institutions and government companies, banks and companies covered by them, government insurance companies, municipalities and State institutions and companies whose inclusion in the law requires mentioning their names, national and confiscated institutions and companies that somehow use the government’s budget and aid, institutions of the Islamic Revolution and their affiliated companies have been working since 11/22/1357 .

 

10- Presenting a certificate related to the privilege of Quran memorizers (according to the resolution of the 573rd meeting of the Cultural Revolution Council, note three, the specialized certificate of Quran memorization signed by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the head of the Islamic Propaganda Organization is valid.)

It is obvious that failure to refer and deliver the above documents within the stipulated time is considered as withdrawal from the continuation of the recruitment process, and the applicant will not have the right to make any objections.

It should be noted that this stage is only for checking the self-declared information of the candidates and their documents, and the qualified candidates (based on the registration manual of the 9th comprehensive joint exam of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance) whose documents are approved by the General Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of the relevant province and The candidates of the central headquarters are approved by the Center for Administrative Modernization and Human Capital Development of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, they will be introduced subsequently to participate in the employment interview.
