White finger disease in people who work with grazing equipment

White finger disease in people who work with vibrating equipment:

Symptoms of this disease:
1- Tingling or numbness of the fingers
2- Inability to feel objects properly
3- Decreased hand strength
4- Whitening of the fingers and palms and redness and pain after recovery (especially in cold and humid conditions)

Ways to prevent this disease:
Choose the tool according to the intended work (in terms of safety, size, power, efficiency, ergonomics, price, etc.)

Choose tools with the lowest vibration level and pay attention to the information provided by the manufacturer about ways to control vibration.

Conduct pre-employment examinations in order to employ workers who do not have underlying disorders.

Periodically move to different work positions

Reduce overtime and repetitive tasks

Control force by reducing the size and weight of equipment

Provide appropriate rest intervals during work and perform flexibility exercises in the hands and arms

Use anti-vibration gloves
