Report to the people (431)

Good people of Mashhad! Hello
When the story of Corona started, everyone looked for a way to pay their respects to their country. Although everyone considered themselves indebted to the medical staff of the hospitals, who took their lives in the palm of their hands and performed the most difficult mission with the least facilities, but this was not the negation of the concern of others, to throw a pea in the soup of national solidarity.
On March 28, Mehdi Naimipour, one of the refined craftsmen of Mashhad, called and told about his decision to start the campaign of Hamian Salamatshahr. One hundred million tomans was brought by himself and he proposed to collect money in a virtual group with other entrepreneurs to meet the urgent needs of hospitals affected by Corona. I accepted his invitation and we started working that night. As you are reading this report today, our group has 142 members. From Africa, Holland and Dubai to Yazd, Tabriz and Mashhad. Our balance until April 7th was 430 million tomans, which was supposed to be spent under the supervision of the University of Medical Sciences. At the same time that Dr. Hossein Alizadeh (Director of Shariati Hospital), Dr. Khorsand (Director of Imam Reza Hospital) and Dr. Tara (Director of Qaim Hospital) were gathering their list of needs, Engineer Naimipour came up with a directive that he wrote in the Chamber of Commerce of Iran and allowed the chamber to bring as many such campaigns as possible. Let them pay for the equipment needed by the hospitals. Naimipour went to the house of Gholam Hossein Shafi, the head of Iran Chamber and one of the pure and benevolent men of our time. He went and returned with full hands. We put 400 million, 400 million for the roommate. The traffic of ICU rooms from corona patients has left them with a shortage of ventilators. A ventilator is a device that enters the patient’s lungs with the right combination of air and allows him to breathe and survive. As the hospitals’ need for this life-saving machine became clear, market negotiations began and in the shortest time, twenty complete sets were purchased at a price of 40 million tomans each and placed at the university’s disposal so that twenty more corona patients would have the upper hand in the fight against death. My tongue and my pen are unable to express the joy I got from living under the same roof with these 142 angels, but may God have mercy on the Naimipour brothers, Professor Popliyazdi, Shafi’i and all those who brought oxygen to the injured lungs of the corona patients of my city. The devices were sent to Imam Reza, Shariati, Torbat Haydaria, Torbat Jam, Neishabur and Shirvan hospitals.
