Vacuum in the most sensitive conditions
The election of the supreme council of the nursing system organization coincided with the last months of the established parliament and also sending the budget law of 1403 to the parliament.
While the Ministry of Health did not miss anything for the congregation nurse in the 7th program!! And all hopes were focused on following up and reducing the effectiveness of the provisions of the 7th plan law at the time of the budget proposal in the parliament.
But this golden opportunity coincided with the days of elections and the transition from the fifth term to the sixth term.
Now, the organizers based in the preparation of Koch are moving from the building No. 8 of Arshad Alley, and the selected members of the 6th period are currently in the mood of defeating their rivals and walking in the air.
Even a number of dear trade union activists believe that now the organization should not have a president by making claims!!
In this void when practically no one is to no one!
The follow-up of matters related to the nursing community is practically suspended.
I know that Mr. Mirzabigi started to propose the 4 main issues demanded by the nurses in the consolidation commission and it was in the preliminary stage of expert discussions, and the openings of hope were visible.
Now, however, during this period of coming and going, the work has practically been abandoned.
The four main topics that are demanded by nurses include:
1-Special allocation to non-faculty staff and nurses
2- Application of tax discounts for nurses
3- Hiring plans and extending plans during the Corona era and changing the status of corporate and contract forces
4- Establishing the sources of pricing nursing services per capita of the health and treatment budget.
With the behavior of the health and treatment commission regarding the issue of nurses in the 7th plan, which was followed by many criticisms, now, in order to follow up on the above matters and also to make the approvals of the 7th plan effective, extensive consultation of the nursing system organization with the parliamentarians is needed.
The concern of neglecting the requests of nurses in this vacuum is quite serious. While the Ministry of Health has not included any names of nurses in the budget sent to the Parliament! And the elected officials of the organization are also the government managers of the Ministry of Health and Medicine, it was practically covered in mud and decorated with greenery! we have been
Boards now need to be more active and able to fill this void.
