*Agreement of 4 points between Iran and America during Mr. Rouhani’s trip to Tokyo!!!*

According to this 4-point document, which a French official brought to Politico’s reporter, the text of the agreement between Iran and the United States is as follows:

1) Iran will never acquire nuclear weapons.

2) Iran fully fulfills its nuclear commitments and promises and will agree to negotiate a long-term framework for its nuclear activities.

3) Iran also refrains from attacking others and pursues genuine peace and respect in the region through negotiations.

4) America will agree to lift all sanctions imposed since 2017, and Iran will have full ability to export its oil and freely use its income.

Paragraphs 1.2.3 are based on the fatwa of the leadership and the regional policies of the Tahsil system and are not imposed on Iran. Paragraph 4, in order to protect Trump’s reputation, neither the JCPOA nor Iran’s ballistic missile program are specifically mentioned in this document.

This document has not been signed yet because Iran has insisted that Trump must first show a sign that the sanctions will be lifted before any agreement.
Today, the parties showed their goodwill by exchanging prisoners.

The above document was exchanged between the parties at Macron’s initiative in October this month in New York. Due to reasons that do not fit in this area, the work did not come to a conclusion.
The parties did not give each other special privileges, it was only to break the deadlock, paragraph 1 was essentially based on the fatwa of the leadership of Tahsil, and paragraph 4, while holding Iran under sanctions prior to Trump 2017, prevented Trump from blaming researchers and The Centers for Strategic Studies, which promised that the crippling sanctions would be the last crack in America’s stockpile and the ineffectiveness of its continuation, (the agreement does not mention anything about the JCPOA that Trump hates from Obama or Iran’s missile program.)
Of course, the publicizing of Trump’s impeachment and the events of November in the past two months in America and Iran invite the parties to some kind of unwritten compromise.
In this way, the follow-up of Macron’s efforts has been keyed, and Trump, who did not want to give any agreement to Macron, has entrusted the continuation of the work to Abe through the mediation of Ben Alavi. The
With the release of each other’s prisoners, the parties have declared their goodwill to continue the previously agreed framework, and the continuation of negotiations has been postponed to December 20 in Tokyo, so that Trump can detonate his news bomb on the eve of the New Year (the year of the American elections) and reach an agreement. To achieve a deadlock based on win-win for the parties. God willing
