“Bachelor under the title of having children”
We had few types of discrimination, we have been decorated with the green of a new discrimination: discrimination against singles in favor of married people! You must have seen the approval of the Supreme Board for the recruitment of faculty members: in the recruitment of faculty members, “marriage” has five points and each child has three points! It means that a married person with two children is “eleven points” ahead of a poor single person! Of course, this is not enough and the decree emphasizes that in case of equality of points, priority is given to the married person! Apart from what “scientific competence” has to do with being a family, what kind of discrimination is this!
First of all, let me say that I have never wanted to become a faculty member, and no one will admit me to university with these records. But this law is an example of obvious “celibacy” and worse, the problem is much bigger than recruiting in the faculty! This resolution is related to the “Family and Youth Protection Law” (approved 8/19/1400). According to Article 15 of this law, “two percent, up to ten percent in total, will be added to each person’s score for each married person and each child.” This means that this is widespread discrimination! Of course, other examples of anti-celibacy can be found in this law, including the fact that several clauses and notes are included in it to promote against “celibacy” (Article 28).
This law has dozens of clauses to help married people that can be ignored, but this clause is unfair! And it is a violation of intent at all! When you don’t hire a single man because he’s single, you’re taking away his chance to get married! Humans probably have to get married to have children first, and to get married first, they have to have a job and secure their livelihood.
Legislators and law enforcers! These protective laws are absurd as long as the basic economy is at the height of chaos! With these economic conditions, having a child without exaggeration has become a matter of luxury. If you are really worried about the aging of the population and the decrease in fertility, first bring inflation to single digits and then bring economic growth. This is enough to encourage a nation to marry and have children. Everything! I emphasize! Anything other than this is absurd and just for the petition not to be empty!
You have included several hundreds of clauses and notes in the child support law, which are generally “material” and “financial”! This means that in your mind and according to you, material things can encourage the desire to have children and get married. So if material things have an effect on marriage and childbearing, only two things are necessary: single-digit inflation and economic growth! If childbearing is strengthened by giving loans, grants, and other material assistance, then the decrease in childbearing is probably the fault of those who have destroyed the livelihood foundations. You might say that cultural factors are also effective and with the modernization of society, childbearing and traditional marriage will decrease. But go back and look at the child support law you wrote yourself; It is all about trying to give material benefits!
Of course, many parts of this law have faced criticism from different circles, which I will skip over. Instead of defining new discriminations and anti-singleness, fix the economy! Marriage and having children is an instinct that does not turn off! Humans have children instinctively, unless they have sterilized them with the razor of economy!
