Considered for this meeting, the assignment was determined. This was the first abstraction in the fifth council of Mashhad city. According to “Khorasan Razavi”, the public meeting of the council was held yesterday in the absence of Mohammad Reza Heydari, under the chairmanship of Hamidreza Mohdizadeh, vice chairman of the council. At the beginning of this meeting, while reviewing the events of the week, Mohdizadeh explained the actions of the city administration in dealing with Corona and made statements about the current situation of Mashhad and the country in the Corona debate.
Postponement of public transportation fare increase until June 15
In the following, the members of the city council reviewed their first agenda, i.e., not changing the price of bus and minibus services with the condition of urgency, which was approved and the increase of 100 tomans in bus fares was postponed until June 15.
The answer of the mayor to the question of one of the members and its margins
In the previous meeting of the council chaired by Mohammad Reza Heydari, the question of Hajian Shahri, the head of the municipal services commission of the council, was read to the mayor of Mashhad, and according to the bylaws, the mayor had to answer this question in this meeting. Mr. Mohdizadeh asked Hajian Shahri to raise his question to the mayor of Mashhad last week regarding the environmental annexation of construction projects in Mashhad. In this regard, Hajian Shahri said: In February 2014, the Fourth Council passed a resolution on the guidelines for the environmental annex of construction projects. The implementation of this directive will take about a year and a half, and this directive will also be implemented in July 2016, Mr. Mayor said in a meeting in response to Ms. Gandami’s question about whether all projects have an environmental attachment. He announced that yes, it has an environmental attachment, because this instruction was not brought to the notice of the council, but they prepared a plan that this instruction was put into circulation again, and this environmental instruction was also communicated to us. Article 5 of this instruction emphasized that all municipal executive directors must ensure To ensure that there are environmental annexes before the start of construction projects and after the project starts, I have corresponded with the municipality to deliver the list of projects to us according to the instructions, about some of these that are even in use. It was removed, they announced that it is under investigation. I requested again and this issue was raised in the form of a reminder, and I raised this issue in the form of a question so that the mayor would have a valid answer.
