The aforementioned safety committee was formed on 06/24/2019 in the meeting hall of Imam Javad (AS) of Qom Governorate with the presence of the honorable representatives of 25 government agencies and organizations of the province, Labor Cooperative and Social Welfare Department, Somat Organization, Municipality, Engineering System Organization and . They were present in the meeting of the committee and according to the aforementioned resolution, all executive bodies were obliged to continuously implement the above resolution (preventing Nyman’s scaffolding).
In order to protect the workforce and save the lives of many workers who die every year simply because of Nyman’s scaffolding or because of multiple injuries, and their respected families struggle with many problems throughout their lives. And in addition to the workforce, respected agents active in the construction industry, even building inspectors, will suffer heavy blows after each fall incident with multiple injuries.
And in addition to that, the country’s national capital is wasted and causes an increase in court cases, all of which can be solved simply by using a slightly safer scaffolding, so not paying attention to scaffolding with legal minimums is against common sense and against economic considerations.
His Excellency Mr. Vahid Vaziri Rad, the Honorable Director General of the Labor and Social Welfare Cooperative, understood the depth of the problem very well, therefore, especially in recent years, he pursued the issue seriously until the necessary measures were thought out and useful and effective measures were taken without entering the authority. coercion and legal and regulatory tools, now a provincial determination has been formed to pass the safe and illegal scaffolding and reach the safe scaffolding with the minimum legal conditions at the provincial level, and all the executive bodies have the necessary cooperation in this regard, after the efforts of several Over the years, success has been achieved peacefully in creating the participation of scaffolders and scaffolders and their role in this provincial determination, and of course, if some of them cannot adapt themselves to this provincial determination, the General Directorate of Labor Cooperatives will inevitably With the cooperation of other executive bodies, they will soon enter the coercive phase and legal action will be taken against the violators.
These changes and developments lead to the organization of scaffolding in terms of controlling the sales market and preventing them from breaking their approved rates and reducing the stress caused by providing scaffolding, which is actually a slaughterhouse for workers, and the scaffolding itself knows this disaster and reducing and eliminating possible legal problems. caused by accidents and There is no doubt that these results will benefit scaffolders and scaffolders, although some of them may not have a correct understanding of the benefits. However, the accidents caused by the fall of Khanmansur scaffolding are usually of high intensity and will cause many troubles for the respected worker’s family and all the factors involved in the construction such as the construction manager and the supervisor, and due to the failure to prevent the Naiman scaffolding. It does not correspond to any rational logic.
It is appropriate to praise and thank the intelligent actions of the honorable director general of the labor cooperative and the cooperation of other institutions to pass from the unsafe and illegal scaffolding to a safer scaffolding that conforms to the legal minimums.
