The twelfth parliament and the demands on the land of the nurses

In the name of the one whose name is medicine and whose memory is healing

In any organization and office, the biggest and most expensive assets are the employees of that organization. Motivating employees increases work morale and productivity among employees and increases people’s satisfaction as the biggest social assets of that system. One of the organizations that always serves the people is the hospital. An organization that guarantees the most important capital of every human being, human health, and gives it back to people.
The lack of #justice in the administrative system and the decrease in the motivation of the employees in the first place causes dissatisfaction and pessimism of the society and the loss of the sense of trust. Unfortunately, the health of the people and employees of that organization suffer the most damage
What in the system of the Ministry of Health as obstacles to the service of #nurses and has caused a decrease in their motivation can be ranked in the nine paragraphs below according to priority, which we hope in the twelfth parliament with the approval of new laws and the follow-up of the laws, these service obstacles will be removed. be removed and increase the work motivation and increase the productivity of nurses and people’s satisfaction and reduce the migration of nurses:

1. Chronic and severe lack of #nursing force due to the lack of definition of acceptable standards, which is caused by assigning many non-nursing responsibilities to nurses on the one hand and developing departments without recruiting #nurses and lack of consultation for recruiting and hiring them on the other hand.

2. Unfair and discriminatory payment system. In the payments, due to the failure of the Ministry of Health to properly implement the Nursing Services Tariff Law, which has caused the dissatisfaction and strong protest of the nurses!

3. Paying tariffs and overtime with an unfair and efficient system, which unfortunately is only based on the attendance of people and the income of departments, and the performance of people is not seen in it.

4. Accreditation and the issues related to it, unfortunately, in this situation of lack of manpower, nurses spend most of their time playing paperwork instead of quality and scientific care of patients.

5. Inappropriate intervention and interference by non-specialists and outside the hospital in the affairs of the hospital and management, such as the composition of human resources, interference in the affairs of different units, and the arrangement and movement of forces.

6. Occupational violence and disrespect to nurses due to lack of manpower, overcrowding of patients’ companions and their interference in treatment matters, and non-compliance with the law and visitation culture, which unfortunately not only does not improve the patient’s condition, but also causes the transmission of various infectious diseases such as Influenza and ultimately reduce the efficiency of employees.

7. Lack of job security for corporate and contract employees, who according to the law should have a quota in the recruitment and have priority in employment, but in practice this is not the case.

8. Special approval of the treatment staff with a coefficient corresponding to the special working conditions of the treatment staff in the 12th Parliament, which we hope will be approved for the real implementation of justice in payment.

The demand of #Oramanat #nurses in the elections of the 11th of March from the #representative of Ati Oramanat to follow up on the correct implementation of the nursing and special special tariff law by the Ministry of Health and follow up on prioritizing the recruitment of nurses during the Corona era in the tests of the Ministry of Health to compensate for the shortage of nurses in hospitals. and supporting the plans and programs of the nursing system organization in the next four years of the parliament.
