The end of the story of the 1400 tariff and a little about the 1401 tariff
1⃣ This (attached file below) is the letter of the honorable director general of the Road and Urban Development Department, along with the picture of the minutes of the recent meeting of the respected 4-member board of the province, regarding the notification of the recent approvals of this board regarding the tariff for engineers’ services; The approvals that have been approved by the ministry and are now ready to be announced and implemented by the province’s engineering system organization.
2. Two important issues that concern the engineering community of the province can be clearly identified from the text of these minutes and the letter of the director general. One is the tariff status of 1400 (one month and ten days left) and the other is the tariff status of 1401.
3. The text of the meeting minutes clearly shows that for the remaining months of 1400, ten percent was added to the figures of the construction cost table (Table 10) and twenty-five percent to the figures of the total fee percentages of 4 fields (Table 11). Therefore, the sum of the design/supervision fees for 4 courses for the year 1400 in each construction group is the figures in table 10 multiplied by the figures in table 11 multiplied by 1.1 multiplied by 1.25
4⃣ The text of the board’s minutes clearly states that the figures in table 11 will increase by 25% from the date of approval of these minutes. This clearly means that at any time the honorable board will give a new resolution in this regard; Table 11 will be considered with a 25% increase. The direct meaning of this is that during the year 1401, the values of table 11 will be applied with an increase of 25, provided that in the middle of the year – for any reason – this resolution is not violated (which, God willing, will not happen).
5. Regarding the increase to the values of table 10 (the same construction cost) for the year 1401, it is not possible to make a decision now because this table has not been announced yet and any comment about it lacks logic and legal justification, but it is absolutely certain that table 10 itself The year 1401 announced by the Central Council for the whole country is definitely more than what was announced for 1400.
6⃣ So in the lowest possible case, the 1401 tariff will consist of Table 10 (whatever the Central Council announces) multiplied by Table 11 multiplied by 1.25
7⃣ Let’s get to the point of the fight. That is, how much is my share of mechanics, how much is the architect’s share, how much is his share of electricity and civil engineering. Tariff distribution between 4 disciplines will be based on the only existing and approved legal document, i.e. the same share percentages known as the breakdown structure of 1379
Please end with salawati
And also praying for an increase in the demand for building permits
