employment contract
This contract is based on article (10) of the labor law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and note (3) of addition to article (7) of the labor law subject to paragraph (a) of article (8) of the law on removing some obstacles to industrial production and investment – approved 8/25 2017/2018 Expediency Council is concluded between the employer/employer’s legal representative and the worker.

The number of working hours and the starting and ending hours are determined by the agreement of the parties.
Working hours cannot be set more than the amount stated in the labor law, but less than that is allowed.
8) Haq al-Sa’i:
A: Daily salary is 309,977 riyals
(Monthly salary: 9,299,310 riyals)
B: The base of daily annuities is 17,000 rials
(monthly salary 510,000 rials)
which can be paid if you have a record.
C: Allowance for monthly consumption items 1,100,000 rials
D: monthly housing allowance of 400,000 rials
9) Salaries and benefits of the worker: monthly to the bank account no. at the branch. It is paid by the employer or his legal representative.
10) Insurance: According to Article (148) of the Labor Law, the employer is obliged to insure the worker with the social security organization or other insurance institutions.
11) Holiday and annual bonus: according to the single article of the law related to the determination of holiday and annual bonus of workers working in workshops covered by the labor law – approved on 12/6/1370 by the Islamic Shuvari Majlis, for one year of work equal to sixty days of fixed/base salary (up to ninety days minimum legal daily wage of workers) paid to the worker as a holiday and annual bonus
it is possible .
For work less than one year, the amount of holiday and bonus and the ceiling will be calculated in proportion.
12) Annuity or severance benefits: When the employment contract is terminated, the annuity is paid according to the law and resolution dated 25/8/87 of the Council of Expediency of the Nizam in proportion to the worker’s performance.
13) Contract termination conditions: This contract can be terminated by either party in the following cases.
Termination of Contract . It will be announced in writing to the other party the day before.
14) Other issues included in the labor law and related regulations, such as paid leave, housing allowance and family allowance, will be applied to this contract.
15) This contract is established in four copies, one copy with the employer, one copy with the worker, one copy for the worker (if any) and one copy by the employer through electronic mail or internet or other ways to the labor department. And local social affairs are handed over.
