The letter number 18387 of Mr. Engineer Vahid Elahi Hisar regarding the supervisor was replaced by reading, it was decided to act according to the regulations of the organization.
Letter No. 18616 dated 06/11/99 Mr. Mohammad Amin Mohammadzadeh, the competent executive, and Letter No. 16415 dated 05/23/99 of the Cultural and Art Institute regarding the request for 20 million aid were read and both were not agreed upon.
Clause two of the agenda regarding the purchase of a car for the organization was not approved.
Paragraph three of the meeting agenda was read regarding the proposal of the Guidance and Evaluation Commission to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Center for Education and Legal Assistance and Arbitration of the Chamber of Guilds of Urmia, and it was agreed upon.
Letter No. 1293/95 dated 05/21/99 of the Central Council regarding the reflection of the letter of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Experts was read.
Letter No. 16713 dated 05/26/99 of the Central Council regarding the payment of membership fees was read, the letter should be acted upon.
Letter No. 17296 dated 05/30/99 regarding the report of the visit to Padasht was read.
Letter No. 18948 dated 06/15/99 of the provincial judiciary regarding the introduction of the new judicial member of the provincial disciplinary council, Mr. Babak Marandi, was read and it was decided that the deposition and introduction meeting of the previous and new judicial member of the disciplinary council will be held in the board of directors.
Letter No. 17981 dated 04/06/99 of Urmia Customs regarding the injection of gas to the organizational houses of Bazargan Customs was read. Due to the construction of the residential house plan in the form of the agreement 1305002001 approved in 2007, communicated to No. 625255 dated 11/11/97, it was decided to proceed with the agreement services by charging the organization’s fee in advance.
Governor’s letter No. 18174 dated 06/06/99 was read regarding honoring the soldiers and families of the martyrs.
Paragraph five of the meeting agenda was discussed regarding the opening of envelopes.
The acceptable floor price should not be less than 2 billion tomans.
The winning insurance with the lowest price must be an independent branch in the province and provide documentary evidence in this case (provided from Tehran).
The documents and prices of the contents of the envelopes should not be distorted and written and conditional.
If the guarantee of 100 million tomans is not provided, the tender will not be given.
The insurance companies in the tender that have submitted envelopes are as follows: Iran Insurance, Dana Insurance, Entrepreneur Insurance, Alborz Insurance, Kausar Insurance, Saman Insurance, Day Insurance
Due to the lack of a valid guarantee according to the tender documents through Saman Insurance and the lack of a valid guarantee from Dana Insurance, the price proposals of the two insurances were not opened and they were not included in the tender.

According to price analysis, Kausar Insurance won the tender with the lowest price of 3,000,000,000 Rials, while Alborz Insurance was second and Di Insurance was third.
